The HP EliteBook 840 G2 is a great business laptop that should meet the needs of most office users. It has a decent keyboard, not Lenovo quality but good enough. The fingerprint reader actually works pretty well compared to laptops I’ve used in the past. The 14″ screen is a perfect size at 1600×900 resolution to do work on it such as using Outlook full email client, Excel, Word, and general web browsing however I did wish the screen was a little brighter. The screen does suffer however from having bad viewing angles if you are off to the side of the screen and not looking at it directly. The top cover is a fingerprint magnet unfortunately, but on the other hand it provides good grip.
